Refund policy

Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. By unlocking the estate workspace you ask us to begin supplying the content immediately and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once access has been given.

When we will refund

• You have not accessed the paid workspace since purchase.
• You were charged more than once for the same estate.
• A defect in the platform prevented you from using the service and we could not fix it.
• The suitability checker later identifies that the estate falls outside the service through no fault of your own.

When we will not refund

• HMCTS or HMRC refuses, queries or delays your application.
• You change your mind after working through the guided steps.
• You decide to instruct a solicitor after using the platform.
• Information you entered was inaccurate or incomplete.

How to request a refund

Email help@applyforprobateonline.co.uk with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within five working days and, where a refund is due, return it to the original payment method within fourteen days.
